While Knight & Owl is a web-based business we have not escaped the impact of the world-wide pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. I wanted to share some realistic expectations for existing clients as well as prospects.

Projects underway at the start of the pandemic are being completed in the order they were taken on. As of August 2020, there are some projects still ongoing and they are progressing slowly, but surely.

New projects can only be accepted after careful consideration of the client’s schedule and requirements. There will be significant delays – we do not want to risk the success of a client’s project due to our changed schedules. It hurts to turn people away, but this is the reality.
